7 Steps to join the guild
Give us a call at (800) 851-0008. In our initial conversation we discuss your retirement needs in detail and review what type of investments you may currently have, and where you need to be.
The next step is to complete your census form. The census form covers questions like business entity, location, retirement objectives, employee eligibility, annual compensation, etc.

Once the one-on-one conversation and census form are completed, we work with our third party administrator to develop an analysis with possible plan scenarios based on your office needs. This initial report is at no cost to you and you are under no obligation to utilize our services.
Our Retirement Program Specialist presents you with the analysis and reviews your plan and investment options in detail, answering any questions you may have.
Once we have all applicable forms, your Retirement Program Specialist reviews and approves for accuracy and forwards the documents to our custodian bank, along with your deposit.*
*You must deposit a minimum of $5,000 to get started. This money goes straight into your account and begins working for you right away.
We will then discuss an office orientation either by video/phone conference or in person at your office location.
During orientation we will walk you and your employees through membership benefits, their plans, and how to access your accounts 24/7 and answer any questions.
We also work closely with your CPA when asked, for any tax issues, so that you can concentrate on your work as a dentist.
